By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms:1. PAYMENT & PROCESS
• Prepayment: I work on a 100% upfront payment basis via Payoneer, VGen or Privat24. Work begins only after the payment is received.• References: I require clear visual references of your character and the desired pose. Please ensure all references are clear and specific to avoid any misunderstandings or mistakes.• Workflow: I will send a sketch for your approval. Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed to line art and coloring.Revisions:
* Unlimited revisions at the sketch stage.
* At the final stages, only minor color adjustments are free.
* Significant changes to the pose or outfit after the sketch is approved will require an additional fee.
* The first 3 minor revisions are free; each subsequent revision is $15.2. DEADLINES & DELIVERY
• The estimated turnaround time is 1 to 3 months.
• If I need more time due to personal circumstances, I will notify you in advance.
• The finished artwork will be sent in high-quality format (PNG/JPEG) via email or Google Drive.3. RIGHTS & USAGE
• For the Client: You have the right to use the artwork for personal purposes (avatars, personal printing, social media posts with credit to the artist).
The client cannot claim credit, copy, trace, alter the commission as their own work and artist must be credit if the commission is posted on social media.
If client want to alter the art, they should ask for permission from the artist.
Client cannot transfer or resell the work to another individual or on blockchain without asking for permission.
Client cannot use the commissioned for AI trainings or for anything involving AI.
• Commercial Use: If you plan to use the art for profit (merchandise, logos, Twitch assets), the price must be discussed separately (usually +50-100% of the base price).
• For the Artist:
The artist retain the copyright to display and distribute the commission both personal or commercial on their porfolio, in digital and/or print format, on social medias, or stream on any streaming platform. However, the client can ask for it to not be posted on social medias or stream if they wish.
The artist have natural rights to post WIPS on social medias if they wish. The client can ask for it not be posted but they must make it clear at the start.
If it was not verbalized the it's assumed the client allow WIPs and finished commission to be posted. There's no non-disclosure fee if the client request for the work to be privated.4. REFUND POLICY
• NO REFUNDS. (A 100% refund is possible if I haven't started the work yet)5. DO'S & DON'TS

• I WILL NOT DRAW: [e.g., NSFW, Gore, Mecha, Realistic, Politics].
